
Paul has over 15 years of entrepreneurial and technical experience within both the legal and corporate markets. His broad knowledge base has been acquired through the provisioning of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) IT & Communications services. He has also established, built and sold two successful companies in these areas. Previously, Paul built two litigation support business in the UK: IGL, which he was instrumental in guiding from inception through to its acquisition by IKON Office Solutions Plc, as well as City Docs Group, incorporating Trilantic.
Paul has also led a major Telecommunications consultancy, which after 3 highly successful years he subsequently sold. Paul holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies and Information Technology. During his internship at the Xerox Corporation, he received a national award in recognition of his thesis analysing their Customer Retention Strategy.

Noel commenced his 16 year tenure within the legal technology market as a founding member of the legal services team with Xerox Business Services. Noel has developed an extensive global network of clients, contacts and technology partners and has received industry-wide recognition for his in-depth technical knowledge as well as his unrivalled project experience.
Responsible for two start-up ventures, IGL in 1997 and DIS in 2003, Noel acted at leadership level in these businesses throughout the acquisition and merger process. Noel instigated the merger of DIS with another UK provider and then contributed to its growth culminating in a $19m annual turnover with a global presence across three continents. He has extensively developed software, both personally and with leading teams of software professionals, including the creation of a suite of e-discovery applications that attracted a global client base in the legal sector.

Alex Woodrow is a BSc Honours graduate with over 15 years experience in the IT sector. He has worked for a diverse portfolio of companies and developed a wide ranging expertise across a multitude of different software and database packages.
For the last 9 years Alex has worked exclusively in the Litigation Support arena, progressing through ever more senior roles at Lovells, Barlow Lyde & Gilbert and most recently, DLA Piper. His extensive hands-on experience of the pre-eminent litigation support packages includes Relativity, Clearwell, Ringtail, Introspect, iConect and Discovery Mining.
Alex has worked on some of the biggest landmark cases and projects in the UK, including the BCCI v BOE litigation, at the time, a landmark case for use of technology in the courtroom, making the first use of electronic trial bundles in a UK court. More recently Alex was heavily involved in the EDS v BSkyB litigation, which at the time of writing is the biggest IT dispute ever to come before a court in the UK.

Leo is a Relativity Certified Administrator, a BSc Honours graduate and a PRINCE II practitioner with over 12 years’ experience in Legal IT.
He has spent the majority of his career as a project manager and more recently heading up ‘Client Technology Services’ for EMEAA at DLA Piper, the world’s largest law firm. He is experienced in a variety of project methods and has undertaken a wide range of business transformation, efficiency and IM/KM initiatives for the firm and its clients.
Over his career, Leo has managed an extensive portfolio of projects ranging from law firm mergers, new office openings, deploying litigation support systems and enterprise-wide IT project roll-outs, gaining industry recognition by winning a Legal Technology Award along with several FT Innovative Lawyer commendations.

Mark joined the legal services market at IGL, arriving from a management role in the service industry. He rapidly became an expert in the then emerging imaging technologies and led the delivery of projects across the Litigation, finance and accounting sectors.
Mark, leading by example, believes in an extremely strong work ethic, driving quality and efficiency as hallmarks of his projects. In 2003, Mark joined DIS as Document Services Manager with responsibility for imaging, production projects and broader project management as required.

Melanie, a media and journalism BA Honours graduate, joined the legal services industry in early 2000. Having worked on coding some of the UK's largest cases across a broad spectrum including litigation, banking, insurance and reinsurance, Melanie gained an unrivalled reputation for the quality of her data output and assumed a management position. In late 2000 Melanie took responsibility for all coding projects outsourced by a key account in the banking sector; these projects included the coding of hundreds of thousands of documents across critical back office services including HR and Compliance.
With nine years' experience Melanie, invigorated by the opportunity of joining the UNIFIED team, has already seen her loyal clients retain her services to ensure the quality of their projects.

Stacey, an AAT & ACCA qualified accountant, came to the UK from South Africa having worked in a professional services environment, initially joining IKON in 2001 in a project management role. Having further added to her qualifications with diplomas in IT and software she moved extensively through diverse business arenas gaining a rounded perspective of the business and legal document services market sector.
In 2004, having settled on a role within the finance department, Stacey was headhunted to join the start-up Legal Document Services International with responsibility for all business and finance support functions. This role saw Stacey build a department to support what became a global business operating on 3 continents with over 200 employees.
